Sal was fantastic. On time, communicated extremely well, and was very clear what carpet he was going to clean and how much it was going to cost.

He did a wonderful job and was able to get alot of wear stains out. What we liked most was the absence of chemicals and smells. He was able to extract so much of the water so the carpet was barely damp when he was done.

Would recommend them to anyone who wants a company they can trust and work that is exceptional at a fair price.

I spoke with Carla from your Irvine office to schedule our recent carpet cleaning service. I have worked with Carla for past service appointments and have always been thoroughly pleased with her professional courtesy, consideration, empathy and assistance. For our original cleaning appointment, my wife and I were disappointed with the results in some respects. I discussed the circumstances and our feelings with Carla, and she kindly, and cheerfully, scheduled another service appointment for us to rectify the carpet areas of concern without additional charges. She assigned Matt to do the requested follow up work, and he was very cordial, pleasant and informative while doing an excellent job with the desired additional cleaning. We would like for Matt to do our carpeting cleaning work in the future.

I had some extremely dirty carpets so I called Zerorez. My technician, Josh, came out and looked at the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable He advised me on offers Zerorez had available to fit my needs and wasn't pushy. After about an hour, he was finished and my carpets looked and smelled brand new. I'm so pleased that I am scheduling an appointment to have Zerorez & Josh do the carpet in my other house done at the end of this month. Thank you Zerorez & Josh for make my life easier. L.Henry

Not this past treatment, but the treatment of 2024 Gary came out to our house. He did an excellent, through job. The young man who came out to our house last week was polite, but he did drive off the driveway smashing our grass and small flower bed and he killed a small spot in our grass maybe dumping something? He did not do the same job Gary did, but he was polite and the carpet and couch did get cleaned. I would not send him to a client's home who is very demanding or particular - that would not be a good fit. If Gary still works there, I will request him in the future.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job of cleaning the tile areas of our home. Thank you for making old tile floors look brand new!

I liked that Ethan, the technician who cleaned my tile floors was very thorough. Before starting, he asked if there were any particular areas where grout was especially dirty so he could treat them accordingly. He was very personable and completed the job in a timely manner.
