Rainel is amazing. He spent time really helping me understand my white carpet and options I had with some very difficult stains. Stains I have been told in previous Zerorez employees that the stains could not be removed. Rainel did an amazing job at treating all of these stains… He also warned me that the stains could come up further once the carpet dried. And how he would come back for free within 30 days to spot treat for free. This second visit happened today. I am the proud owner of spotless white carpet in all four rooms of my now lovely home. Rainel is the person to get for ALL of your carpet needs. Thank you Rainel!!
Very good and reputable company in the Vegas city, Bryan is also a very good working young man who is very professionally operate the machines and clean up the dirty carpet turns it over to be an totally renovation product.
