Hi I had two services from you in a week. Bryon and his staff came out and cleaned the air ducts and did a fabulous job. And then I didn’t catch the second guy’s name, but he came out and cleaned the carpets and both were very professional. Very nice and did a wonderful job in my house feels and smells very clean. I used you at another house and I’ve always been very satisfied with your people and your product.

My living room and stairs look GREAT! I love that the carpet is so clean and the pile is up again - looks new after 20 years!!! And carpets were not soggy but just damp when he finished - almost all of the water had been pulled out! Thank you!!! Zerorez does the best job!!!!

Also, the guy who did the job pre-treated the stairs before washing - that carpet looks so good! I am so happy! He knew what he was doing!!!

Our technician was wonderful!

I like that there were two men that came together they were courteous and professional. They did a very good job, cleaning my carpets, and also added the deodorizing. I would recommend this service to all of my friends and neighbors.

Zero res was easy to book, fairly priced, prompt and sent very capable and personable technician who did a thorough and outstanding job!

Jake explained everything very thoroughly. I had a large amount of bunny urine in one of my rooms and he was very clear and thorough on how he was going to treat it and what to expect. Believe it or not every stain came out from that urine, I was very impressed. He put guards up on my corners and couch to ensure there’s no damage from the hose. He went the extra mile and I really appreciated Jake. I highly recommend New Rex!
