I appreciate the time that Jeff and Ron took to explain the capabilities of the products, why I would or would not need specific options, and walking me through how they work once installed. I had several questions after install and Ron was very patient in explaining everything thoroughly.
Despite an incredibly long wait from the time we called for an appointment, the actual work time was efficient and professional. A nice addition was that the service man was very personable. Water emptied, tank cleaned, soda added and balanced, filter changed, catch tank drained, top job!
Service was scheduled prompty. The tech was on time, knowledgable, and friendly. The sysem has performed well for many years with only minimal repair.
