Home delivery especially since I can’t drive. I also am a big friend of the taste of the water.
They are products we need having well water and are no worry's for us. The tech came out to see our old water softener and within 2 minutes new it needed to be replaced and was in and out quickly.

I appreciate the Service of the Delivery Truck Person. He is a Saint for carrying the heavy salt bags all the way from his truck, through the house and down to the Softner, in the basement. That is amazing and so much appreciated since my Husband's passing and meaning that I would have to try and manage to handle myself. Always in a good mood and a pleasant word for my dog. Good people work there.

Everything from easy access to products the employees are very friendly, which is nice. Nobody likes a crabby employee coming to their house to deliver salt or fix something. Everybody likes a friendly service person. Leave your problems at home. That's what I say and call again does not have anybody that's crabby at least I've never run into one. I really enjoy call again their services and their people Their top-notch in my book.
