Not necessary the product but the delivery guy! He is pleasant to work with. We had an issue sometime last year, we didn't know about it until Jerod arrived to service us, he found the problem and not only did he call it in, he actually worked on it enough so that we didn't have to call in an emergency tech to fix the problem. It could have been worse than it was without him.

This delivery included new jugs:-) but the people are what make the company. My delivery person, Alister, is wonderful, kind and a great face for the company! Also, when I’ve had to call the office the reps that answer the phone have a smile on their face and are polite and helpful.
Today, Sean came and checked out the problem with my water softerner and was very informative in explaining what he was going to do and why. He quickly came back to let me know he made an adjustment and all was fixed and ready to go. He is a very friendly and helpful tech. I enjoyed speaking with him. He treated me with respect. It would be great if he was my service tech every month.
I was not happy with the lack of service in the past 2 months and now I feel better about Culligan again thanks to Sean.

Brian came out to repair my water softener. After a few questions, he immediately diagnosed the problem. As he was fixing the problem, he explained why & what he was doing, & showed me the difference between the bad part & the replacement. He also told me how to get rid of the orange stains that I had on my fixtures. When I was a younger man I was a foreman of a shop that repaired industrial electric & pneumatic machinery. I would have welcomed a man of Brian's ability to work for me. He's a Keeper.
Service person shows up on time (and he's very nice) and delivers salt as needed into tank.
