We have a rental water softener and it works really well for removing the hard minerals such as iron from our well water.The unit is efficient and it is easy to access the area where the softener salt has to be loaded into. With the rental unit,it is a quick call for service and the unit is replaced if deemed it is not working properly. Service is prompt and delivery of products such as salt for the unit is quick and delivery person always verty pleasant.
