Your service is excellent. However, I did face one problem. My monthly charge has been increased without notification. I called one time, few months ago, and your customer service took care of it. Then, a month after that, increased again. Honestly, I don't time to call your customer service every month.

They are always her the day they say, if I miss a delivery a quick phone call gets us a delivery quick, they also message the day before about your pick up and if your tank leaks a phone call and they will come and replace it.
Culligan is the best water service! Every single person I’ve spoken to over the phone at Culligan has been so nice and understanding. I’ve had their service for Almaty 4 years, and I’ve never had an issue with them in any sort of way. Thank you Culligan for always delivering my water on time!

The companies product and service are both consistently very good, they accommodate my erratic schedule, and Tim my service person, I have known now for many years. He is always courteous, good sense of humor, and is very efficient and fast. I’ve never had any trouble after he’s been here. Highly recommend him and the company.

Water quality and on time delivery.
We had a water softening unit installed shortly after we purchased our house 10 years ago. We have never had any issues with their service or equipment. They are very responsive if you have a question or need more salt pellets delivered. Every employee we have encountered in those 10 years whether on the phone or in person have been very friendly while still being professional. We highly recommend Culligan of Brighton.
