I had an issue with my water softener when I got back from Florida and I called for a repair man. They sent out a gentleman and he supposedly fixed my problem but after a couple of weeks my water was still terrible. They sent me a survey and I let them know that after paying for a service call my problem still existed and I wasn't very happy they in turn sent another service man and he really did know what was the problem and fixed it immediately at no charge. They truly want to have their customers happy and based on my experience I would most definitely recommend them. They really aim to have their customers happy with the products they sell.

The response to an emergency was very fast!
We moved to Nebraska from Colorado and discovered that the water in our new community is terrible. We called Culligan and they set us up with a softener and two RO units. The water now is very good.

I like that someone will deliver the salt for my water conditioner and fill the tank. I mentioned to my installer that I was referred to you by a family member and he replied there was a referral bonus for them—I have not heard another word about it. I’d like my family member to get the finders fee. If anyone is reading this, I’d surely like to hear how to get it processed for them.
