Shacoiya Burke was most helpful in accelerating my delivery schedule. She scheduled an emergency delivery in two days, because I had run out of salt, and agreed to set up a new future delivery schedule. She was very helpful in her manner and very professional in her approach.

Products are expected to start performing as promised. Previous to recent visit from Technician, treatment system was not performing correctly. When system was first configured, an appropriate amount of salt was supposedly figured into the price. Now, months later, it is discovered an insufficient amount of salt was added. So I have to now pay more for salt. I didn't expect that. Imposed a hardship. Technicians came out twice. Each one readjusted settings for water treatment unit. Hopefully the latest settings will remove the hard water contributors. I stated from the beginning that I am on a well and in an area that has high levels of arsenic and therefore high levels of iron. The most recent technician appeared to have a good handle on the problem and hopefully made proper adjustments.
