Upgraded my existing softener unit. Service rep was excellent and explained the process. The installation went smoothly and the technician was excellent. He arrived at the appointed time. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new one went smoothly with NO MESS left behind. He showed me how to connect to the Internet and set-up the on-line App. I've been a Culligan customer for 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their level of customer service and the quality of their products.

Nearly everything, including the Reverse Osmosis System. Also, friendly and professional techs. The only complaint is that we use to have confidence in time of day for salt delivery. Now, however, it's somewhere between 8am and 5pm. Not convenient for us like it has been for a couple decades.

Just had install so can’t comment until use for a little while, however customer service has been spot on. From office staff, scheduling, salesman and installers great prompt customers service lil glitches were addressed quickly. I was originally going to go with another company but from day one had everything answered and scheduled promptly with Culligan. This culligan has been great to work with courteous professional and accommodating. This is what had me choose them for my home system vs other company
Your delivery guys is pleasant not grumpy. He carries the bags downstairs and loads the unit. I really do appreciate your workers. I have been with Culligan for many years. My water is soft. They are always here when it is your day to have delivery.
