Love that they come on a schedule they let you know the day ahead they always pour the salt and make sure the bags get taken away or put in the recycle bin and easy to talk to over the phone and it’s so nice to have good water💧💧

One of the few companies that I highly recommend as the ongoing experience has always been and is spot on. From the original sales call, install of equipment and scheduled delivery of salt it has always been a knowledgable and friendly experience.

Last year I had my hip and knee replaced and Ryan brings in the water bottles to my laundry room and fills my water softener with salt. I could probably start doing this for myself again but he continues to be helpful. I’m very grateful!
We went with Culligan because the Watertown technicians have been very helpful when our units have needed repairs. The upfront cost of a softener or RO systems is much higher than a Menards unit, but we have been able to have these systems longer because of the maintenance and repairs your technicians have provided.
We like the ease of delivery of the solar salt.
