The water softener is great, I love that I have soft water, both cold and hot. The tank exchange service is great too, always follows the schedule provided in the beginning of the year.

I like the customer service aspect. Very helpful. We have rented our unit for years and have recently started having our salt delivered. Highly recommend Culligan of Anderson.
great service
I have been with Culligan for almost ten years. When I first moved to the area, there was a C8 scare and I saw a Culligan truck and called the number. I get regular deliveries and highly recommend Culligan.
Culligan is so easy to work with. Their communication is amazing and they are prompt in their service.
I have never had a problem and find the staff very friendly.
Like it it not I know a lot of companies don’t think customer service is important. But it is what brings me back.
The same technician has serviced our filter for all three years. Always punctual, friendly, and leave everything exactly as it was before arriving.
The delivery was right when scheduled. The service tech was friendly and quick. He placed the bags where I wanted them and only filled the tank to the level I requested. Everything was great
