Well the softners use to seem to work very good, then started having trouble and took a while for someone to make it better. Still not sure it is back to normal and it seems to have to regens a lot sooner than before.

Response to initial inquiry was very quick. water testing appointment was thorough, not rushed. Appointment for installation was immediate! Installer arrived at earlier end of time window. Brandon was polite, professional, took his time & explained everything to us

Today 5.19/26 we had a new culigan HE system with R/O installed by Joe. What a great person and great to work with he was kind explained everything to my wife and i and took his time to make sure we felt comfortable with everthing.
