I've had RO water since the 80s. It's very hard to find someone to service the system. Culligan has ended that issue for me. They notify me when I need an appointment and their people do a great neat and complete job.

We've enjoyed having Culligan's water softeners for decades and appreciate their regular salt deliveries. The few times we've needed service, they have been prompt and helpful. Despite not really "needing" a water softener -- our city water is already somewhat softened, we're told -- we prefer having the Culligan softener system.
