Friendly, helpful staff in the parts and service department.
The service department was very helpful and went out to make sure my camper was in working order before it was returned back to us ! Service Advisor Teresa Pingitore was very helpful and the Service Technician was also very helpful on finding the problem and fixed it ! SO FAR ALL IS GOING WELL, I HAVE HAD WORK DONE BEFORE AT PORT JERVIS AND THEY WERE FANTASTIC AND WHEN WE WERE AWAY THIS SUMMER UP TO LAKE GEORGE AND I NEEDED SOMETHING ON A SATURDAY THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL UP AT THAT SITE ALSO.
My vehicle was failed for a broken taillight, and I was told I needed a whole new light assembly. It has been over a week and I'm still waiting on a quote. In the meantime, I've fixed the light (no new assembly necessary, just $3 for some screws and a bulb) myself and had my vehicle inspected elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor service in general.
Very difficult to get through to the service department. No answer or long wait times. Also, when made appointment... another staff member called me later to solicit an appointment, I explained I had already made an appointment and they stated that it wasn't on the calendar.
Be a little more attentive to repetitive warranty issues not resolved. Otherwise all is good.
Fast friendly service
For appointment to winterize rv they took us in right away. Took time to call us with questions before they fixed a couple repairs. Excellent service and team! Scott called us to make sure we got in for the winterizing. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase an rv or camper or any accessories.

I came in for RV storage and RV service. I was given an estimate of the costs for the services. I was told to leave a card on file. I received charges in excess of the estimate with no explanation as to why over a $150 increase. I have been trying to call for a week and half straight to speak to someone and I have left voicemail messages. To date, no-one has called me back nor answered the phone when I called. This is terrible service.

Very smooth transaction
We found out shortly after we purchased out new Reflection fifth wheel that a tail light was cracked. Contacted Michael in service at Alpin Haus and he got right on it. It was covered under Grand Designs warranty.
When the part came in he called and we set up an appointment. Problem was the day of the appointment we got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes and that made us late to the appointment. Not to worry Michael got us in and fixed in no time. Great job guys THANKS.
I’ve dealt with Chris and Kyle at the oak ridge service location and they are excellent and very knowledgeable with any questions I have about my camper. All in all other services performed by other people went smoothly and they are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Alpin Haus with your RV purchase intentions.

Makes life easier for needed service or parts. Flexable service schedule
We brought our RV in for initial service early June and had a terrible service experience. A manager called us to explain our poor review and he assured us there was a communication issue that would be dealt with and to please give us another chance. We did so and dropped our camper off on 9/15 with a list of several things we wanted addressed while the RV was still under warranty. That list included operation of the leveling system, compartment lock, interior button missing, bed support, and options for how to install wiring for a satelite dish. I called weekly for updates. The first time I received a response was on 9/30 which I was told the lock was being installed that day and they couldnt find a problem with the leveling system. They would run a few more tests with it. I called a week later, no response. Finally got a response on 10/9 that the lock would be installed that day (I was told it was to be installed on 9/30) and still no problem with leveling. We were told we could pick it up. We went on 10/14 to pick up and were told we owed $250 for addl testing, which we refused to pay. We were told the bed support was denied and we had previously said if that was the case, please order and we will pay out of pocket. That was not completed. No mention of the button or satellite connection. We agreed to give them another chance and it was the same lack of communication, a lack of courtesy to return phone calls and a month with our RV and all our concerns were not addresed. Simply unacceptable.
