I like the service and a great bunch of good guys to work with
Better prepared when customers are coming to pick up RV so there isnt such a long wait. Other than that very friendly staff.
The service department was very helpful in making 3 repairs/replacements on items that were defective in our brand new Grand Design.
Service team is great! Very considerate. Great communication and places the customer first.

Where do I begin....I spoke to ryan about a small list of repairs that I would like to be done before I drive off the lot. I was charged 1400$ for a prep fee. The day I came to go home with the RV there was still a large amount of dog hair in rv. Nothing was repaired. The horrible smell was still in camper. Multiple people came to me and said this is normal ... they said they will flush out system again... when flushing system. A back flow valve in bathroom was broken. Flooded out bathroom. Found that part that was Broken and making That horrible smell that every one said it was normal. Water heater was falling out. They. Stuck caulk on loose screws . While driving home the panel that was holding the water heater in that was never tightened fell out on the throgs neck bridge . The outside of camper was still dirty ...it looked like absolutely nothing was done to it from when I looked at it the week prior. For 180k I would think i would get a clean RV. This wasn't Ryan's fault ... I could tell he was mad that the service department screwed this one up . Keith in finance was amazing ! Bobby in parts was great as well . Besides getting strong armed into down payment / credit check + 400 for just a transfer from your Amsterdam location.. mind you it was at the orange location when first looked it . Then it was mysteriously moved. Besides that my kids and wife love it !!
Very friendly service. Stayed in touch with me to let me know progress.
We love our forest river motor home, and the service was top notch, very helpful

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing regarding the ongoing issues with my brand-new trailer and the extremely disappointing service experience I have had attempting to get these problems resolved.
Since taking delivery of the trailer, there have been numerous defects and incomplete repairs that continue to affect the safety, functionality, and reliability of the unit.
Some of the unresolved issues include:
Underbelly was never properly repaired or addressed
Spare tire was never installed
Slide-out was never adjusted correctly
ABS brake malfunction warnings
Trailer brakes not functioning
Toilet leaking at the base
Water intrusion under rear cabinets near the hot water heater
Cabinet mirror peeling
Broken glass cabinet latch never repaired
Lower cabinet drawer repeatedly falling out and requiring new rails
Dinette cabinet door ripped off and never properly repaired
Off-grid water pump pulsating since day one
Tank gauges and monitoring system giving constant false readings
Bedroom door improperly repaired using a metal L-bracket that now damages the door itself
Awning support collapsed and twisted during normal use with no wind present
Trailer sway and suspected axle alignment issues
Interior floor screws loosening near the commode due to ongoing water damage
I was repeatedly promised—three Fridays in a row—that the repairs would be completed, yet the trailer was never properly finished. Because of these delays, I was forced to cancel two camping trips and lost valuable time that I should have been enjoying in my trailer.
When I finally picked up the trailer, I immediately noticed that the spare tire and new tire had still not been installed, confirming the underbelly work was also never completed. The trailer itself was returned to me in unacceptable condition—covered in metal shavings, dirt, dust, and debris throughout the interior. It took me approximately 7.5 hours to clean it myself.
The customer service experience was equally unacceptable. Rather than management addressing my concerns after I submitted an honest review, I was contacted only regarding the poor survey score. I expected professionalism and accountability after spending a significant amount of money on a new unit and expecting quality service.
Shortly after leaving the dealership, additional issues began occurring immediately:
ABS warnings appeared within miles
Interior shades fell from the walls
Toilet functionality worsened
The awning support bent and collapsed during normal use
Ongoing trailer sway continued during towing
At this point, the repeated failures, incomplete repairs, and continued safety concerns have completely destroyed my confidence in both the trailer and the dealership’s ability to properly repair it.
This has been one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever encountered. I would strongly prefer to resolve this matter cooperatively and come up with a fair plan to permanently address these issues. However, if these problems continue unresolved, I will have no choice but to pursue remedies available under the New Jersey Lemon Law and any other consumer protection avenues available to me.
My goal is not conflict. My goal is to have a safe, properly functioning trailer and to receive the level of service that should accompany the purchase of a brand-new RV.
I look forward to your prompt response and a meaningful resolution.
Sincerely,

The service department is very easy to deal with and helpful.
Always courteous and responsive! We are very happy with their service and care of our camper.
Staff was very Knowledgeable , the whole experience was very easy.
Jobs done professionally and as promised.
We have had a few missing items in the trailers we purchased, but alpin Haus says they will take care of everything and we appreciate that!
As we are setting up the trailers we purchased we realize there are several issues. Balances are missing. Trim is missing. There are holes in the floor. We would like someone to contact us.
We had a great experience at Alpin Haus in Orange County, NY.
From our salesman Josh who spent a great deal of time showing us lots of options to consider to Dan who explained every aspect of how our camper works and then scheduled an upgrade that would make using our camper even better. Finally, Keith in financing who explained all the paperwork and couldn’t have been more pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to anyone in the market for a camper or RV.
Can fix when you want them to Dave is a great asset to your company he is easy to understand things
Nice service nice salesmen fast
First, I was having 5th wheel hitch installed and received a call that the installation was done. I took it home only to find that at least two of the bolts that secure the hitch to the frame weren’t tightened at all, they came undone and were laying on my driveway.
Second, they damaged the front of my truck and claim it was there when I dropped it off.
Lastly, it’s impossible to get in contact with the service department to set up a meeting in regards to them finishing the hitch install properly and to talk about the vehicle damage.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Alpin Haus and honesty I won’t recommend them them to a stranger, let alone family and friends. Twenty plus years my family has used them as our RV dealer. Hopefully someone reads this, because I am probably going to talk to a lawyer about these incidents.
Everyone was great from my first urgent phone call when we were faced with a tough situation right before a holiday weekend, all the way until we drove out of the lot! Thank you everyone!
Teresa is always friendly and helpful. Services has been excellent.
The offering from 2016 of the forever warranty on my camper and the things they hane fixed or replaced under that warranty.
Bought a 2025 Thor Class B and so far good. Had a couple minor issues that Alpin Haus took care of right away. Im currently on my first trip and I have had absolutely NO problems. Give the issues many have had with dealers and brands of RVs, I am very happy with Alpin Haus and my new RV.
Steve is the best
Chris provided outstanding service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Great experience from start to finish on every service call. I highly recommend Chris and Alpin Haus and appreciate the excellent service.

Too much to write …. One of the most unpleasant experiences for such an expensive purchase . Extremely disappointed in the van , service , and all interaction with alpin haus has been very frustrating and disappointing…
You can help by getting my van back to me sooner than June 24 th . Since it has been in service for two weeks already .
