I like the my salesman ability to listen to my needs. He was able to then match me up to a product that fit me perfect. We went to three other locations and no one else took the time to listen.
We were able to get the exact motorhome we wanted in budget. We will only shop at great American RV - Breaux Bridge. We will only use Justin.

Our sales rep, Danny, was amazing (Grand Bay, AL)! We had been looking for a new travel trailer for about 4 months and met at least 6 other sales reps, none of whom came close to Danny. He went above and beyond to ensure we saw every camper that might fit our needs, provided excellent recommendations on items we hadn't considered, provided excellent guidance on financing options and answered every one of our questions. We would recommend him to others without hesitation.
We had a great salesperson his name is Mark McQuade. He knew about the different brands and was very helpful. Great personality. If we buy again we will definitely look him up.

Rayna Berry in your Breaux Bridge, LA parts department is awesome, prompt and follows through does not leave you hanging. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating the times I was lucky enough to get her on the phone, now I ask for Rayna!.

Our salesman, Mark McQuade, was awesome!! He was not "pushy" and worked over the phone with me for several days. We were welcomed with open arms after our 7 hr trip. The tech guy, Dylan, who was also awesome showed us the RV and explained every detail! He is very knowledgeable! We were getting bummed out having to wait for a couple of hours for finance, but Trey made it up to us with a great personality and smooth paperwork process. And Mark stayed with us the entire time! Once everything was complete, we were allowed to hook our Rv, which we named "Dolly" to their 50 amp and camp overnight. A security guard is parked there after closing hours and all day Sunday. Only complaint was that the used 2018 RV lacked a good cleaning on the inside which we pointed out. They agreed and explained the Main cleaning lady was out on maternity leave but would definitely address the issue. After arriving back home, I had a question for Mark and called his number and left a message. He did not answer but immediately called back and was on vacation hiking in North Carolina. What salesman would do that? He has called since to check on us and see how "Dolly" did on the road trip back home! Thanks Mark, Dylan & Trey!!

Professional staff and very knowledgeable
The service was good. The person that I was dealing with in the service department kept me inform of the progress that was going on. Had an appointment with them and was going to be out of town on that day. The people in service department went out of their way to accommodate me for this appointment and took care of it on the day I picked up my unit. Thanks to the people in the service department. Overall everybody at Great American R V had a smile was nice.
