Just what i wanted
I would like to thank Stacy Hinkle for her, helping me find the right RV unit. I am now working with a Evanne in-service, correcting some issues found in my New Tiffin Waferer. Your service department so far has been excellent and correcting issues that were found in the new vehicle and very nice to deal with. Please give my thanks to EVANNE and the service technicians that have been working with her.
They have ordered parts that I’m waiting for to finish up some of the small things that were found, but want to give them all credit for their expedient and friendly assistance.

The quick response to scheduling maintenance or repairs. We bought our RV two weeks after GARV opened in Calera and very satisfied with the dealership.
Very helpful and attentive staff. The facility is really clean and has a good flow from the start of the sales process through the financing. Our salesman Mark Mcquade and service tech Andrew was top shelf and very helpful in all aspects of the process. What I appreciate most is the fact we never got the feeling that they were rushed and gave us all the time we needed.
I walked-in yesterday, found what I needed and bought what I needed. The girl at the front desk was SUPER helpful! OBTW, the repairs you made to our JAYCO Motorhome last summer are still working fine! :)

Overall my experience with GARV ahs been good. There have been some glitches with Service not following through and fully completing a job. I attribute some of this to the newness of technicians and lack of follow through.
I am very pleased with my Service Rep. Deborah. She is highly competent and provides good feedback. I will continue to use GARV for all my service needs.
Our purchase was, for the most part, very smooth. It is early in use and we have not created our punch list. We will be better able to answer after we see the response on small corrections, if needed.
