As always, my experience was great. They were on time with my appointment & person checking me in extremely efficient & directed me to the waiting area. Waiting area very comfortable with coffee & food available for purchase for those of us with early appointments.

I was asked what I was looking for and was taken to the campers that matched. She did not try to sell me on anything else. I got exactly what I wanted. From the time I got there until I left with my new RV was about 6 or 7 hours total.

I was very impressed how Chase went through our new Sporttrek even though we traded a Sporttrek in. He took his time and went through everything like I hadn’t owned a very similar camper. He didn’t answer any question he wasn’t 100% sure but did get the answer.

Although one of the smaller dealerships amongst GARV, this business was well-stocked and contained the unit we wanted. From the first time walking on the lot, we were greeted with friendly employees and Jim in particular took a lot of time to answer our questions and custom-fit a unit to our tastes. During the actual purchase, Jeff was very good with having all the paperwork ready and again answered all our questions about financing. The parts department personnel were very helpful with helping us pick out our necessary accessories and the tour we received showing us the motorhome's features was very informative.
