Customer Service is essential in any business but Zerorez lives by it. They are so accommodating and easy to work with. Always looking to save you money in the long run. I was told that frappe chino stains are impossible to remove. Zerorez proved the competition wrong. They are now are carpet cleans for life!

First, I want to commend your technician (Zach Russell). He called before he even arrived, arrived right on time, came to the correct location and was both very professional and friendly. He explained the three step process and how it was going to work and how long that it was going to take. He also described the unique technique that is used in cleaning the carpet. He also offered an additional protection for the carpet which I agreed to. Overall it was a very good experience and I would be very happy to have Zach return the next time that I need your service.
