Our technician did a great job. He explained everything up front, measured my floors, and gave me an exact price before starting. He was able to clean a large area rug by putting it on a tarp in our driveway, rather than taking it in to the shop. That way we had it back in place in time for a party we were having soon. Our carpets and tile came out looking and feeling great!
