This is the 3rd time I have had Zerorez to my home; this time I had them clean my hardwood floors. What a diference in the floors! Not only do the carpets look fabulous, but the hardwood floor is great also! I also had them out to my daughters home to clean their carpets, they have a large dog and though the carpets would have to be replaced. This was a birthday present to my daughter - what a difference; the carpets look great! I won't use any ohne else.

WOW what do you say about a company that states they will remove the stain and it actually happens. Plus the customer service is on par with Nordstrom. There are many carpet cleaning services but this is the only one you want to come into your home.

Hunter came and explained the process before starting. The end product was so much better than I had hoped. I will definitely be calling again to have more of my carpets cleaned by Zerorez.

All green no smells and carpet so clean. The service workers were the best explained the service in a very understanding way. carpets dried quickly.

The carpets look and feel amazing. They dried in the time the technicians indicated. The technicians were knowlegeable, professional, and friendly.

When I called to make an appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly customer service rep. She was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. She explained everything and called two days before the appointment giving a time of arrival and the day of. On the day of the appointment, the technician also called to let me know when he would be arriving. He did a great job and was very kind and professional. Our carpets came out so clean and look like new! I highly recommend Zerorez!

ZeroRez service was excellent. The technician arrive on time for service. I was only disappointed the the technicians answer to cleaning my hardwood floors. He determined the floors could not be clean correctly by the company due to residue on the floor. (MOP and Glow) Honest, great. But he did not offer what I should do next. Other companies that could strip the floors.
