My carpets are very soft now! A couple stains didn't come out, but overall most of the carpet stains were lifted.

The technician that came out was very thorough. He explained all the options for service and what kind of results we could expect and periodically would show us the progress that was being made so that we could see the difference. Only one room in our house has carpet but it's amazing how clean it is now. He did a deep clean on the hardwood floors throughout the remainder of the house and the difference is amazing. We will definitely use ZeroRez again and will recommend them to all our friends.

Your service techs and cleaning process were great! Austin and David were excellent in explaining the whole process. My carpets and couches are 10 years old and the deep cleaning that Zerorez did made them look great. I would definitely use this company again : )

The guy who did my carpets was excellent. Sorry, but I forgot his name. He took time to explain the process, materials, and equipment to me. There is one coffee stain that did not come completely out, but the other recurring spots are all gone. He explained that I could have a re-visit if the spots came back. That's what I was looking for as I have had the carpet cleaned twice and not been satisfied. Love that there is no smell!

The service is great. The technicians are super friendly and helpful. I love the fact they don't use soap as it means they cannot leave soap behind.

I love that the attendant was so friendly and that he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I think his name was Ryan and he was so professional. What I like the most is that he knew he was there to do a great service for us and he didn't leave until he had accomplished that

Primarily water going into the cleaning process is what I want... when the job was finished, our cat came out to inspect. Since it was a very hot day, she ended up sprawled out in the middle of the freshly cleaned carpet, which was slightly damp, cool, and obviously most enjoyable! And it was completely safe for her to do that! That's something distinctive and valuable that Zerorez provides. Thanks!
