The technician was very helpful and tried to give us the best rate he could. He was very good about explaining the product, he was also very nice to our little dog! I like that there is not soap residue on the carpet. The pet product also seemed to work. The only complaint is that is took well into the next morning for the carpets to dry, in spite of leaving windows open. We had to be very careful stepping from wet carpet to wood floor as it was very slippery.

My carpets feel and smell so clean. Your technician was friendly and thorough. I was very impressed with the service I received both on the phone and when the technician arrived. I will use Zerorez again.

Cleaners showed up as scheduled and worked quickly. When completed, the carpets were cleaner than they had been in years. They dried very quickly. And after six weeks, they still look clean. When other businesses cleaned our carpets in the past, the old stains reappeared within a few weeks after the cleaning.

I really liked your worker, Hunter. I need to have you come back because I neglected to tell Hunter I wanted the fourth room none as well & I know there would be an additional charge. So I need to make an appointment for the office room in my house & I also want to make an appointment to have our Federal Way Office cleaned. I really appreciated the customer service! Heidi was very patient with me when I was going back and forth on my scheduling since things got a bit busy in our home. Then, the Technician (I believe his name was John) was very thoughtful about the fact that I have a small baby and had to attend to her. He brought me in to show me spots he was unable to get out, so I know what to expect after he left. He explained that some spots may come back due to the residue from my previous carpet cleaning and the soap they used. He made me feel comfortable if I need to have a return visit in 30 days due to those spots coming back. The previous owner of our home was quite sloppy and eventually we need to replace the carpets. We just don't want to do it right away with two young kids. I was really impressed with Zerorez and will use them again in the future!
