Our "Tech" was a college student by the name of Caleb. He called as to when he would be here and he was. He went through the area to be cleaned and we confirmed the price I was quoted. He was quick and efficient and from the time he got here and left was approximately 2 hours which was what we were planning. The rugs are clean and enhances the look of our rooms. They have me on a call back in about 12 months and I will probably have them come again.

I liked the service man. He was low key and very proficient. He got right to work. it was raining hard and the door had to be open . Half way through, the electricity went off but that didn't even phase him. He just kept on going. When he left, he told me ways to get things dry faster. That was three days ago and my carpet still isn't dry! He can't help what the weather does. The upholstery looks great! I didn't think he could get some of the dog drool out, and at first he told me there might be some left. But he got almost every little bit out and they look like new. I will certainly tell anyone of my friends and family about Zerorez! The price was reasonable.

Our technician was AWESOME! He worked really hard and was diligent and professional. He did a great job! The cleaning was a bit more than what I usually pay, so that's why I gave it a rating of 9. But, overall, we are pleased! Thank you.

It's hard to plan around wide windows of time given as possible arrival times. You kept me in the loop via phone and David was very prompt and did a great job.

Max was very informative and polite. He did an excellent job of explaining the ZeroRez process and a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets.

The tile cleaning was amazing. We had no idea how great the tile in our new home really looked until it was cleaned.

Your advertising on KOMO sounded very professional with a "technical" advantage over some other firms' promotions that I considered - (the water...). Your service person (Max) showed up on time and did a clean and professional job, while we were able to be around and observing or discussing points. Our carpet is old but still usable for awhile longer, so it was worthwhile to give it a quality cleaning treatment! I also appreciate the 'senior / veteran' discount which I asked for, but had not been mentioned in any of your radio advertising. The 'back-to-school free hall cleaning promotion is what finally got me to sign up, as the specials with free dinners or massages did not interest me personally.

What I was surprised about was the 'water' recycling fee, which was also not mentioned in any of your advertising that I heard. But, it was mentioned in my sign-up for service. So, with the other discounts in your promotion, it was not an obstacle....

Also, what is never mentioned, but is a real requirement, is all the prep-work it takes us in getting ready for the job and the follow-up to put things back in place after the carpets dry. Well, in many ways it is kind of like "forced" house cleaning and one discovers things that are no longer needed or should be replaced in the home. So, that is a hidden positive in many ways. The Salvation Army stores should be happy....

We used ZeroRez for the first time based on a referral from a friend. Extremely satisfied with the results. David, the technician, did a great job...very happy with his work. Only complaint is that I left 3 messages on the customer service voicemail and never received a call back. Had to order service on-line. Disappointed in that aspect of customer service.

Your quoted price was the final price, and your representative was on time, efficient and thorough. My old, dirty carpets look remarkably good!

The service was professional and quick. My carpets look great, and they feel clean when I walk on it barefoot. My concern was with chemicals, thankfully Zerorez uses a non toxic eco friendly cleaning method.
