It was easy to book an appointment with the customer service representative. I received a call three days prior to service for window of service. On the day of service the service rep called to let me know I would be hearing in an hour from the technician as to when he would be arriving at our home. The tech did let me know when he was on his way. The tech explained the process, was personable and did his job with a smile. I will use Zerorez again. AW

I was impressed with the customer service we received from Zach, he was polite and informative and most important not pushy with products. Our bedroom carpet didn't turn out as good as I had hoped but I believe it is due to the quality of the carpet we installed. All other carpet turned out great.

Fast, reliable, no residue. No chemical smell after you guys left. Reasonable prices although I did take advantage of a promotion. $25 for a hallway didn't seem excessive to me.

It was done very quickly and the carpets dried out in a couple of hours. There was no strong odor of chemicals and the technician was efficient and knowledgeable.

Love the way the cleaning process is done and would not want to go with anyone else. Everyone is professional from scheduling personnel on the phone to the technician.

The main feedback for me is that I feel that I pay more than necessary due to the actual square footage that is cleaned. I have large area rugs in every room and therefore only small strips of carpet are cleaned. Yet I still pay for the multiple full rooms. Both times I have used you the technician is here to set up and cleaned up and leaving within an hour.
