I love the customer service. When I was not satisfied with the initial cleaning, they where more than happy to schedule another cleaning pursuant to feedback I provided through this survey. I was provided service again and diligent efforts where made to try and work on the areas that I was concerned about. I was provided feedback and educated on why my carpet did not look like I had expected it to after getting cleaned. It really helped to give me perspective on the whole process and how important it is to have good quality carpets. I am very pleased.

Zerorez did an excellent job of getting our carpets clean and pristine, and were so easy to work with. They arrived when they said they were going to, called and let me know when they were 30 minutes away, and provided amazing customer service. What an awesome experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The carpets came out really clean. Even the recliner that had been previously cleaned by " the other guys " came out the cleanest I have ever seen. There was no " fake " odor after the cleaning. Just fresh clean natural air, which our dog, Lenny, really appreciated!!

speed and quality

I was very happy with the service Zerorez provided. The staff that answered my questions and scheduled the appointment were polite and helpful. The technician who arrived to do the cleaning, Bill, was outstanding. He completed the job faster than I anticipated and did an extremely thorough job. He took extra care in the high traffic areas to be sure he removed all the dirt and he informed me of the residue from previous cleanings to the carpet that he was able to remove with his de-ionized water. He made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. Bill exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company!

Might be improved:
Although Zach clearly told me the cost per square foot for cleaning and sealing the granite counters, I did not know what that tanslated to until the final bill. If he had said the kitchen counters will be $300, I probably would not gone ahead with that portion of the job. So if there is anything a customer is on the fence about cleaning, I would recommend asking the completed price.

Fast service and the carpet looks great!

Loved the service but have had some spots return. Also had the protection applied and had a spill that didn't clean up very well. Need to know what you use to clean up spills?
