Dependable, professional and fairly priced.

They contacted me and kept me apprised of arrival time, costs were as stated, and their representative was pleasant and respectful of my home. He gave me lots of info. for wear and care of my floors, and my carpets look great.

I have to be honest, I have advertised that you can get pet stains out of carpet. On the first time we used your service you did exactly that. This time we had your technician out yesterday and the stains in the carpet are already coming back. I am not pleased with your service this time at all.

In a time of toddler induced chaos they were able to clearly explain the process to me and give an outline of the costs. They fit us into their busy holiday schedule quite quickly and did a fantastic job. Very prompt and communicative in making our reservation. The day of service I received two different calls letting me know when our rep would arrive. I was at work and had to come back to the house to meet them so this was so helpful! Our rep was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they be doing, how it worked and even provided me an estimated time of completion. He was spot on. (Ha ha ha! No pun intended) I was immediately quoted up front what the price would be and after payment within minutes had receipt in my in box. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again!

Technician was great! Professional, polite & thorough. Clearly outlined my options for dealing with a bad dog urine situation. Even though carpet was old, the cleaning really brought some life back into it! Now it's livable until the flooring is replaced.

I like the low chemical approach. Both technicians were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I had to have an area redone and there were no questions asked.

Sometimes in life it is the difficulties that bring out the best in people and a business. My wife and I brought in a 9' X 12' area rug for cleaning. The rug was generally dirty with a small section saturated with pet urine. Zerorez Puget Sound initial attempt at cleaning our rug was somewhat disappointing due to the reoccurring smell of pet urine. I called Zerorez Puget Sound and scheduled a redo. They sent out an associate to pick it up and provided delivery upon completion, at no charge. To our delight the urine smell is gone and the rug looks like new!

Zerorez Puget Sound went the extra mile to resolve issues with our area rug. Hats off to Anthony and his customer focused team. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
