I loved that you got all of the food stains out, including the squashed vitamin that I tracked across the dining room floor! It was great that the carpets were completely dry by the time I got home, 8 hours later. Best of all, no chemicals, no detergents. So good for our ecology!!!

Getting equipment to our condo from the street was challenging. There was no close parking. Zach was very conscientious about not parking illegally and not burning the grass with his hose.
He talked to his boss and his boss called me. The solution was to park illegally right in front of the building! (The City took all our parking spaces several years ago to accommodate City buses.) I offered to pay for a ticket if he got one and then sat in the lobby while he cleaned the carpet to make sure the truck didn't get towed. It was a team effort! Zach doesn't like coming to Seattle to clean because of all of the challenges. He apologized at the end for "any rudeness" on his part. I told him I didn't think he was rude, just conscientious.He did a fine job on the carpet and started to decline a tip but I insisted. He's the kind of employee Zerorez should continue to mentor and cherish. It speaks well of your company to have someone like Zach on board. Good for Zerorez to have such a smart owner to troubleshoot with the customer as well.

The technicians are amazing. Always arrive when they say they are, equipment is clean and can give you an estimate for other services on the spot. The people who answer the phones in the offices and make appoints are so helpful and courteous. Great company!!!

Good quality work and polite service tech

I was very happy with the results. We purchased a home that was a former Air B&B. The carpet was so dirty and stained I told the Tech that my expectations were very low. I was so surprised and happy that all the stains came out and the carpet was so clean and fresh! I waited a few days to do my review to see if the stains would reappear....they have not! We moved in with people trampling all over it and brought my 3 pets in too. Still looking great!! Thank you Zerorez, I'll be calling you again and again and recommending you to everyone I know.
