Max my technician was great he called twice to make sure I was there not to waste his time or mine or in my opinion. Then he was at my house within minutes. He walked the entire house we came up with a plan which is what I had requested. He told me everything he was going to do and I asked him a lot of questions he was very knowledgeable and he was very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable in the carpets look great.

I was skeptical about calling ZeroRez, as I rarely go with advertisements on the radio. I have a very expensive rug - it's really an art piece - hand knotted, wool, natural dyes and was concerned about how to clean it. I had been told NOT to use a commercial cleaner, but it was getting so dirty from years of dogs, people. I took a chance on ZeroRez, and although I was still nervous, I let them take the rug. The owner of the company called me to reassure me. That was helpful. When it came back I was so pleased with how 'fresh' it looked. I would use them again to clean this rug, or any of my other rugs.

We needed a last minute cleaning for a 3300 sqft house and not only did we get scheduled right away, but they were so fast and friendly! We had the carpets cleaned from the previous owner with pets, as well as the hardwood floors, and everything turned out great. There were NO odors, NO stains, NO sticky gross feeling on the carpet left from the chemicals like other places. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be calling them to come back in the future!
