The service providers who came to our home were very professional, though friendly and courteous. They listened to my concerns carefully and my carpet looks amazing and smells fresh. I appreciate the timing of my appointment, the call from the service providers when they were on their way. They used shoe covers when they entered our home and placed wall protectors where the hose met the wall.
When the job was done, they walked me through the house, showed me what they did and explained the drying time and to call if I had any issues.

I will always have Zerorez Puget Sound clean our carpets and will recommend them to our neighbors and friends.
