The young man that came to clean our carpet was very personable and knowledgeable. (Wish I could remember his name!) He got right to work, and finished in good time. Our carpet is old, and pretty worn and stained in heavy traffic areas. I believe he got the carpet as clean as is possible. I am pleased. I waited until it dried completely to write a review, so that I could see the true results. The true test will be when my grandson comes to visit and runs around with his white socks on! Stay tuned...

Very clean service. Carpets were dry in 3 hours.

They r chemical free & as a person dealing w/ sensitivity to chemicals - (chemicals in rug were making my feet break -out) - I needed to handle it & Zerorez DID very well.

I told them by phone call , That mike was very nice and found very quickly what would remove the spot on the hard wood. I appreciated his exclamation too. Even after having a company come in and dry out our carpet following water damage, the carpet was left with some stains. I called Zerorez to clean the entire floor, stairs and to attempt to remove the stains. The stains are completely gone and the carpet is beautiful.
