This was the second year that I have used Zerorez. From scheduling to carpet cleaning, each associate has been very friendly, courteous, and eager to provide the best service possible. William did a fantastic job! I love that Zerorez brings their own water and takes it away for disposal. They're always looking for ways to do an even better job of cleaning your carpet! My old carpet looks so much better and the house smells good!
