Carpets look pretty good. I was disappointed that the technician could not do the wood floors, but appreciated his caution when he wasn’t sure how they would tolerate the treatment.
The technician was informative and professional. My job included carpeting for 1 room; 2 tile showers and a tile floor; very large area of lamenent floors and a granite counter top. All were done well and the price was what I expected. The technician explained how he would do the lament floors w/out using a machine. Everything shines. Scheduling and the work itself were efficiently handled. Max was thorough in his explanation and it appears in his work. Nice outcome for an already old set of carpets.
I like that the products are green. My carpets and rug look and feel great. The young man who did the service was on time, did a thorough job, and went over what he was going to do and why. What I was quoted when I booked the appointment is exactly what it cost. It took about an hour and a half to do 2 rooms, a stairway, and a rug. It did take overnight to thoroughly dry all the carpets and rug, but it was well worth the wait.
