the carpets look great. They dried quickly and the stained areas are no longer visible. Tehch nician was courteous and very careful to explain the process he was using and why.

I appreciate the non-chemical no soap approach, as my family has allergies to chemicals and fragrances. We had a pet odor treatment due to the past tenants in the condo had pets and the lingering hair and pet order was very strong.. This treatment had a slight fragrance when first applied and then dissipated quickly. Thank you for the great customer service of keeping in touch with the appointment scheduling and arrival times. And Thank you for the personable , knowledgeable, and friendly technician that serviced our home.

Great service

I liked that the person cleaning my carpet went through everything he was going to do and how long it would take. He was very thorough and finished within the time frame he gave me. The carpet was very clean and was not soaking wet. Love that it only took a few hours to dry.
