Customer service. The call center was very helpful with scheduling and keeping me posted on actual arrival time. The field tech was very detailed and thorough when determining additional services I was looking to do.

She did a great job. Communicated the areas where most of the dirt builds up. Also showed us stubborn spots that were not able to be removed.

Zerorez does a great job. The services are explained to you thoroughly before they begin. Extra services are explained thoroughly to you if you choose to add an extra service. You are told upfront what it is going to cost. You can direct any followup questions to Zerorez and your questions will be answered.

Mike was efficient, polite, explained the process and your products. He was on time and called prior to arriving.
