Communicatin was great among all service people, our technician was able to come early, able to clearly explain what could be done with our carpet, knowlegable about other services offered, and fast! We are so pleased that our carpet is clean and doesn’t feel like there is anything like residue in it. We also love that they are green in their practices!

We really liked the results of the carpet cleaning, especially the very little amount of dirt left behind after we vacuumed the carpet after it was dry. The drying time was the only part did not like as we had to stay in motel the night that the carpet was cleaned. After 6 hours the carpet still was not dry.

On August 18th, I had the first of two visits from Zerorez. I'm very pleased with the quality of service. My carpets are cleaner than they have ever been and the technician (Oswaldo) listened to and followed through on my requests. My second Zerorez visit is scheduled for August 25th.
