I am in Real Estate and I call them for any listing that needs a carpet cleaned. I use them for my own home as well. Prices are solid and they are really responsive!

Not only was the representative prompt but he had equipment that was either new or well taken care of. The representative was courteous and listen to my interests and concerns while making a strong effort to resolve all issues.

They were prompt, explained the technology of the Zerorez cleaning method, were conscientious about protecting corners of furniture and walls that the hose went around, and finished in a timely manner.

Great communications as to arrival time on date of service from both the main office and the professional doing the actual cleaning, Nathan. Nathan seemed to be very informed about the process he would be preforming on our carpets and was able to answer any questions we had using more than single syllable words. He also took every precaution to protect our wood work and walls from damage due to moving his equipment throughout our home, especially hoses around corners and stairs.

The entire experience was very efficient and professional. There was a confirmation call, arrival time call and exactly on time arrival. Very much appreciated as I took the day off for this. Technician Nathan was friendly and went about the work with complete focus. He did a great job. The carpets look terrific, which is quite a challenge as they are old and hadn’t been cleaned for a couple of years. I was very happy and will do this with you guys on a regular basis from now on.

Horrible. My padding needs replaced and my carpets are paying the price. I am so pleased with zerorez! I did not think my carpets would glow again, granted the cleaning showed all the old carpet, it told me it is time for new carpet. I have not ever been so satisfied with a cleaning service. Thank you for your time. I will make a note to update my 20 year old carpet. I am impressed, but there is only so much you can do with an old dog;)
