Our carpets look brand new! We have 3 cats and 3 dogs, so needless to say there has been some traffic on our capet over the past year. One of our cats has had a few accidents and cat urine is nearly impossible to get out of the carpet. Oswaldo did a great job of going over the affected area a couple times and the smell is completely gone. My wife and I are super satisfied with the results, and we will be using this company again.

We had a smelly urine problem in the carpet from our pet. We added the flash extraction to get the stain and smell out. It was well worth the extra charge! No more stain and no more odor.

He kept me informed on his E.T.A., and very prompt. I showed him were there was a stain on the carpet, and he paid particular attention to make sure it was removed. He had done a excellent job cleaning the carpet's in all the rooms, that I requested to be cleaned. This is the second time I've used their services, and will use them again.
