Your technician, Tom, was very professional and listened carefully to my concerns. Our carpets are much cleaner. I prefer your process compared to other rug cleaners I have engaged in the past. The Zerores representative on the phone when I called on October 29 (you may choose to listen to the call). She explained that the reason my carpet, which is the exact wall to wall carpet I have elsewhere in our home, was an area rug and therefore more than twice the $139. Three room special. She told me the technician would be taking the carpet outdoors - that Zerores used much more water than other carpet cleaners. At this point I almost cancelled because I did not want my family room carpet outside in November. When I relayed this to Tom he seemed confused and said that was not the case. Tom called his boss to discuss my questions. The job was completed professionally in a little more than an hour. I felt understood. He was very polite.
