I liked it that you gave me a 4 hour "window" of when you were coming several days in advance AND that on the day you came you narrowed it down to within one-half hour. I liked the efficiency of your worker. I was not so happy that I was encouraged to purchase an additional service, which was not really essential, although nice. I had answered an add for $139 dollars for 3 areas of up to 200 sq. ft per area. I ended up with a bill over $200, which I could not really afford.

Great job as always. Carpet clean, smells great, and the best part by not using a detergent no spots that attract dirt.

I like the Technicians knowledge of flooring and professionalism. I also consulted him about my hardwood floor and the different np/pile of my living room carpet.

Good alkaline water processing on the carpet; pre-cleaning was good. No chemical odor and carpet looks great. Eddie, the service technician, was knowledgeable of the process, explained it well. Eddie was professional and not "pushy" the way a previous carpet cleaning company was.
