I was happy to find Zerorez. I have 3 dogs and a parrot. The dogs make a mess of the carpet tracking in the yard all year round, but the parrot needs a little extra care when using cleaning products. They have cleaned my carpets for two years now and I am happy with the results. The only downside is the front door has to be propped open for their water hose access. I was concerned that my dog would get out. I mentioned this to the representative. Sure enough the greyhound got out of the confined room but the Zerorez guy was alert! He blocked the door and I was able to corral the dog. Winter cleaning has its challenges and Zerorez is up to it!

the carpets are cleaner than I'ves een them in the past with other companies...even yours ! did you change your equipment or cleaning process? it's better this time.

I was amazed at the results not only did my carpet come out incredibly clean but the tech, Bill, that came out to do the job was excellent! Bill was very informative, courteous, and very thorough. Zerorez tech answered all my questions and did through job explaining technique.He got out stains I could not remove. My carpet now looks as good as new.
Max was our service tech that did a general walk through of the areas to treat. He pointed out some stains that he was worried about and talked about options. He explained everything that he was going to do and then got to work. When the carpets were done being cleaned he had us walk the area to see if we had any questions before he applied the protective coating. He answered all of our questions and explained what he was doing. The carpets look GREAT and we had no chemical smells afterwards! Thanks!
Matt, the technician, was excellent and he arrived on time. He did a great job describing the zerorez process and did the three rooms in less than an hour. And it was dry before that evening.
My carpet is over 40 years old and your process left them looking better than with any other carpet cleaner in the past. Frankly, they were looking so bad, I was about ready to have them taken out. However, we have a dog and lots of traffic going through the house and did not want to invest in new floor covering. Now, i don't have to because the carpet looks so clean. And, my family has agreed to remove their shoes when entering the house.
I am happy to recommend zerorez to anybody seeking to have their carpets cleaned.

It’s quick, and drying time is lessened. Also it’s good to not there are no harsh chemicals being used. The person who did the cleaning was helpful and patiently explained what was needed. And the stains came out!
