Our technician, William S. was terrific. His attitude was great, he was friendly, polite and communicative. William S. explained the step by step cleaning process before he started the job, and then walked us through each step as he was performing it. We had old and ugly pet stains that had reappeared from previous cleanings. To our delight and amazement, he got most of them out. The ones that he was not able to get out are much lighter. We are pleased with our carpet cleaning and would use Zerorez again.

For five years (!) I have suffered from debilitating eye allergies, I saw numerous doctors, was tested for every allergy under the sun and no cause could be found. My wife suggested try using o-rez instead of our usual cleaner and after one cleaning my symptoms were 99% better. I'm only sorry that I didn't try them years ago!
