Great service and results for my old carpet.

I made an appointment, but had written it on the wrong day in my calendar. I called and they were so willing to help and change things around for me. They ended up coming the day I called - 4 days before I was scheduled, which was a relief because the house was turned upside down in preparation!
The guy that came out was very polite and worked hard to get all the stains out of our extremely dirty carpet. I wish that all the stains could have come out, but I guess after so many years of abuse, it's not going to happen. Such a great difference though and I would highly recommend them.

Zerorez did a geat job! They kept in contact with me via voice and text message. The technician Max was very friendly and I felt very safe and comfortable having him in my house with my two dogs. He talked me through the process and answered all my questions. The made a point of protecting everything and he was very fast and efficient. My carpets look amazing and I am so happy knowing that it was done naturally with no chemicals that can hurt my family. The drying time was also very fast!
