Not at all happy with the lack of communication from your office. We were told we would get a call 24 to 48 hours before to give us an estimate of arrival time. We heard nothing. I called at 4:45 on Monday and was on hold for 20 minutes, was invited to leave my name and number for a call back which didn't happen. Also sent an email. Paul did call around 7:30am to say that he would be here in an hour. But, while we saw him pulling into the driveway we got a call saying you would be unable to clean our rugs until Saturday!! Paul did explain that you had been shorthanded in the office. When I recommend your service I will also tell our friends about the poor communication.

I really liked the fact that there are no chemicals involved. My husband and I just got a new kitten and were concerned about that. I was impressed on how much dander that came up even after I vacuumed ahead of time. The carpets look great and I especially like that the dry time is much shorter! I would highly recommend this company! The young man that did the cleaning was very personable and professional also.

They said they would be coming between 12:00 and 4:00 . They called at 11:15am and said, they were on the way. It freed up my day for the other thing I needed to get done. they finished the job in about an hour. It came out great.
