Things that could be improved:
Need a machine to clean stairs. Current process doesn’t do a good job unless you insist that technician does a lot of hand scrubbing. Also, Zerorez makes you vacuum whereas ChemDry does this as part of the service.

William was an awesome representative. The products he used really got our carpet deep cleaned for us to get the house ready for sale. The carpets smelled great afterwards and looked fantastic. Great to know that no chemicals were used but good natural products. Outstanding work and end product!

When I call for an appointment with Zerorez they are friendly, quick to accommodate my schedule and always let me know when they will arrive. And they arrive on time. All the technicians that have worked in my home have been courteous, professional, readily answer any of my questions and, of course, do excellent work. Great company, great employees!!
The professionalism of the technician, who took time to explain the process before starting, and worked very hard to do a great job in the most efficient way possible. In addition, the fact that there is no soap or detergents is the big selling point for me. The deep cleaning process is great and our carpet looks as new as it did when we moved in 4 years ago.

Another company had claimed to clean the carpets after renters had moved out. My grey carpet was still brown and smelled like animals. After zerorez finished cleaning, the carpet was grey again and the smell of animals reduced to nearly zero. They did a great job!
Service was excellent from ordering to changing dates of service. Nathan was the technician who did the work. He was very efficient and polite, taking the time to explain the various steps and what he was doing. The cleaned floors look like new, I have never seen floor cleaning that produced such wonderful results with no smell and no leftover dried soap feel.

The service was great. The service technician called ahead of time and arrived on time. They worked hard to make everything look great. It looks so nice, we hate to walk on it. I forget her name but she should be employee of the month!!! ;)
We've tried numerous carpet cleaning companies and Zerorez is by and large the best. Our carpet is in our playroom and family room, two heavily used areas, and typically a cleaning made it kinda clean and then left the stinky odor(even green cleaning). Zerorez made the carpet look amazing and left behind zero odor!
We had some stubborn pet stains. Zerorez stands behind their pledge to make it right. After the first return to make it right there was still some stain remaining. We called again and Zerorez came back a second time. This time applying a different method. The tech really knows carpets! We are very satisfied with Zerorez!
