Really liked the two employees who arrived on time. They did a good job on everything, especially the shower marble (25 years old) . The only negative which is very small, is the unfamiliarity of tile, marble and others in that category and how they should be cleaned. We decided not to do two large marble floors which have been professionally cleaned before. It did save me money, however which was great! Over all job good. Name removed

William was right on time - he called ahead to let us know he was on the way to our house. He explained every step he took in the cleaning process. We really appreciated his knowledge of his job. We were amazed at the cat hair that he pulled out of the carpet with the special equipment. When he was finished cleaning 1/2 of the living/dining room carpet, he asked us how it looked. I told him, "It looks just like something I'd pay for!" Thank you.

Greatly appreciate the 30 day guarantee primarily for retreating a stubborn stain. Zero Rez has been able to make the most progress in eradicating it than any other carpet cleaner we have had in. Certainly buying us time from replacing the carpet by years!

- First of all, the two technicians were extremely professional and had a pleasant demeanor.
- Second, they managed our expectations with respect to how well the treatment would clean certain well-worn carpet areas, and we really appreciated the heads-up.
- Asking about the carpet runners was appreciated especially given the presence of black mold under the runner backing. Hope it is treated and that stuff is removed.
- The following comments are only meant to advise and is not meant to be critical, but here goes: 1) One of your technicians was trying to make a point about vacuum cleaners. One of the brands he expressed some concern with was a brand I had recently purchased. Frankly speaking, I don't know where he received his information, but he seemed well informed, but here's the rub -- ya gotta distinguish between what you know from what you think. What is being presented was more opinion versus fact. 2) The stairs were simply over-soaked, and I largely think it was due to not using the carpet stair tool. Everything else dried within the 4-6 hour period ... it took overnight for the stairs. 3)

The service person was thorough and explained the process and follow up well. He was efficient and punctual. He also was careful around furniture, etc. The cost was very reasonable. We will enjoy having clean carpets. We would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

you have done two jobs for us. One was our carpets, and the 2nd was our upholstery. Both experiences were very good. Both men assigned to our job were friendly and hardworking, and it was enjoyable to have them in our home.

We have already referred you to our neighbor who had her upholstery done the same day as we had ours.

Very good quality service. Service Technician did a great job and was considerate and helpful given my unique cleaning situation. My only minor complaint involves pricing. I believe pricing should be based more on square footage versus number of rooms given that room sizes and hallway sizes vary considerably.

The scheduling process was so quick and easy. The services providers were on time and went right to work. They walked us through the process and went right to work. They explained what they would be doing and answered our questions with confidence. They scrubbed the stone entryway and it was such a great result. It is cleaner that it has been in years. There were a couple of spots that were not removed and my husband would like the service to return and try again. He does like the results of the entry way surface.
