Technician was very friendly and explained what to expect from the process, how long it takes and ensure that the process will not disturb any of our activities. He was very nice to my dog and very patient with him when the dog welcomed him and followed him around for a short period of time.

very professional and friendly. I love that there are no harmful chemicals used and yet my carpets are very clean. The staff took time to caringly answer my child's questions about the cleaning process. I received a call about 30 minutes before they would arrive so I didn't have to miss my son's baseball game by waiting around all day for someone to come. Instead I was able to enjoy the sunny day and the game and still make it home to get the carpets cleaned. this was a very positive experience and I will definitely use zero rez again!

I love that our carpets don't feel crunchy or full of chemicals. I do wish the gal who cleaned them had followed through on my request and offer of help to put some foil or plastic barrier down to protect the carpet from getting stained by an antique desk legs. I reminded her three times and offered to help her. She assured me that she would take care of it, but didn't and now the carpet is permanently damaged.

Love how clean the carpet feels on my bare feet, no bad fragrance smell in the air. The staff is professional and nice.

No harsh chemicals are used, so its safe for pets and children to walk on the carpets shortly after the cleaning is completed. That is excellent to know considering I have 2 each of kids, cats and dogs.

The carpet is very clean now. We were very disappointed, however, that after being given an arrival time of 2pm - 6pm nobody showed up nor called within that 4 hour timeline. We called your office and left 2 messages on your machine after being told, "The office is closed. Leave a message and we'll get back to you when we reopen." We had moved our furniture out to the deck as instructed. When nobody had come by 6pm we were wondering if we would have to move all the furniture back into the house in case of rain. Fortunately, your guy called about 6:30 pm and said he would be here at 7 pm (which he was). It then took until 9 pm to get the carpet cleaning done. It was not pleasant slipping on the tile floor after walking on wet stairs, then trying to get to sleep with the smell of wet wool all around. If there is ever a next time, we will insist on a morning appointment. Had we not been offered a 20% discount for the late arrival, we would have cancelled altogether. The guy who did the carpet cleaning was very courteous as well as skillful. He was the one bright spot in an unpleasant experience.

This is my second time using your services. I find carpet stays cleaner, dries faster and there is not the left over soap residue as with other companies. Your employees are professional, friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Your employees show up when they say they are going to and do an excellent job. You are on my list for my annual cleaning.

It was our first time using Zerorez and I loved every aspect. Booking the letting us know our time period.
