EVERYONE i spoke with on the phone, to booking an appointment and the great guy who came to clean the carpets was friendly, helpful with the positive goal of pleasing the customer. My carpets had not been cleaned for 3 years. They now look like they did when the house was brand new in 2008.

The technician (in this case it was David B) was very professional, efficient, personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain various situations regarding my different carpet concerns. He explained several solutions to certain areas, other technicians never took the time to tell me about. I definitely want him to service our home again!

I was notified of arrival time . I wanted the sofa cushion cleaned but was concerned it might not be possible because of the fabric. The young man researched the fibers threads before telling me it was impossible without serious consequences . I agreed . So he cleaned 2 swivel rockers and did a superb job .on both . I was very pleased with the cleaning AND the cleaner . He was pleasant and professional and knew how to work efficiently . He is a credit to your Company!
