Overall it went quite well and your product was able to remove spots I thought would never come out. A few have reappeared slightly but good enough I think. Your employee was the best; Informative, respectful and courteous.
A couple of things I will mention. Your product left the carpet looking and feeling quite "crunchy" once it dried. However, after several times being vacuumed it's much better but still has a different "look" from before.
Also, on using other services in the past, the operatives did move the couch and put it on a type of lifter pads at each corner to clean underneath and behind it. That was not done in your case.
I also did pay more for your services than I have other steam cleaner companies.

The man who came out was courteous and helpful. He explained the process and I really like the way the carpet and chair turned out. Best of all there was not an odor afterwards.

Your gal did a great job!! And I tipped her $20. The down side is that after I hired you, and gave you my money
which I could have done with another company, You bothered me to right a book review for you, about how I liked or disliked your services.
Can you imagine every time you go to any business, you are not done, but in fact you have to write a letter or do homework, taking time from your family time to do this??

If I want to comment on your services, leave that up to me, but don't solicit my to do so.

If so, pay me for my time , as we are all paid by the hour for our work.

ZeroRez did a great job cleaning the carpets in a timely fashion

David was great. He called in advance to let me know when to expect him. He announced who he was when I answered the door. He was extremely knowledgeable about my carpets and care. He showed me concerns when he had them, and did a walk through when he was complete. He also asked what he could do to make my experience better. Great service. Would recommend.

The technician was punctual, professional, courteous and informative. The crapet looked grat after cleaning.

The quality of the cleaning is exceptional. My mom's carpets were worse than dirt. I didn't think they could be helped much. But the cleaning person worked miracles!!

The representative that cleaned my carpet was excellent. Made me feel he really cared about me being happy with the results of his service.

Your technician was very courteous and helped me move some of the furniture I hadn't gotten to since he arrive one hour earlier than the predicted window start due to a cancellation.
My window was 12 - 4. I was working from home and had a conference call from 10 - 11, but it ran over until about 11:20. The technician called at about 10:40 saying he was on his way. I explained my situation and he waited until after 11 to enter and then started in the back bedrooms.
My plan had been to finish my call at 11 and then move the last of the furniture and do one last vacuum of the rooms. I'm sorry I couldn't do this with my late call and the early arrival for my service.

Really enjoy the personable people, professional follow through and proficient workmanship. The carpets came out great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe cleaning option.

The price was very reasonable and we knew exactly what it was going to cost. There were no hidden fees. The man who clean our carpet, Nathan, was careful to guard the corners so as not to scrape them, and he also put on shoe protectors. Then the magic began! The carpets are so clean, fluffed up like new, and there is no chemical smell to worry about because you don't use chemicals. I am so happy with the outcome, and I will spread the word to friends about Zerorez.
